Our goal at Statesville Country Club Fitness and Wellness is to provide our members a state of the art facility with great service and education while removing all stumbling blocks for obtaining health and vitality.
Enjoy working out on  Pro Maxima cardio and strength equipment.  Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, dumb bells, kettle bells, fixed strength machines as well as stability balls, medicine balls, bosu trainers and Stoops tubing are offered for your workouts. 
Want a little extra motivation?  Need high energy music? Try one of our Group Exercise classes.  Classes are offered at varying times and fitness levels.

Personal Training is available to help you develop a support system of accountability and to empower you to make the changes necessary to become the healthiest version of yourself.  The trainer will access your fitness level, measure your body fat and design a program based on your goals. 

TPI Ceritified Golf Fitness Instructor

Golf fitness isn't about looking like a bodybuilder or the best player on Tour. It's about being fit to play the game at an individual's highest level and doing so without causing injury. It's about understanding how a body's limitations can influence the golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels; whether it's through swing instruction, physical rehabilitation or strength and conditioning exercise. 

We are also using K-VEST technology in conjunction with TPI to help you play your best golf ever!

K-VEST provides bio-feedback so that your body builds muscle memory and therefore each and every time you swing, your position is perfect. We offer programs to help the beginner through those that have been playing their whole lives.
